Return and Refund Policy: Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or missing parts, we have a seamless return and refund process in place to ensure your experience is hassle-free.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- Defective Items: If the product received is faulty or defective.
- Incorrect Items: If the product received differs from the one you ordered.
- Missing Parts: If the product is incomplete or essential parts are missing.
Return Process:

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on returning the product.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Provide the product to delivery guy he will check the product and if it is eligible he will accept the product for its return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement within 7 business days.
Refund Process:
- If you choose a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important Notes:
- If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria or is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to process the return or refund.
- Please ensure that you include a copy of the order invoice inside the package to expedite the process.
- If you choose a replacement, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible, subject to availability.
